Adam's Quilt Top

I finally finished Adam's quilt top and I couldn't wait to share it with you.  His birthday is Sunday and I have a lot of work to do to finish this up! The theme for this quilt is Making Connections.  As a result of his accident in April, he has a traumatic brain injury. His language center has damage and he's making more and more connections daily. Our prayer and intention for him is that he continues to grow and regain his independence.  He's turning 27 and we are thrilled to celebrate his birthday!  We all are truly blessed he survived that horrible accident and he's doing so well.

I made five different sets of four blocks.  Within each set of four, two blocks are the same and the other two with the pattern reversed. I spent a lot of time staring at the blocks and found myself getting dizzy. So I added a lot more lime and purple to the mix to break up the hypnotic black and white.

I'll post again when the back is complete.

Cheers to you all!
