But there is no way I could refuse the challenge to join Pillow Talk Swap 7 (PTS7). Even though I was in bed detoxing pain pills from a minor surgery when sign ups were announced, I quickly (well I thought it was quick) created a mosaic of inspirational projects others made as a reference for my partner and submitted an enrollment form.

For NKOTB bee, PandaBearQuilts is making a BMW inspired quilt for her uncle whose son passed away. 2 1/2" squares for my attempt at a Rainbow Quilt for my living room wall.  I want to put a lot of color on the wall above my couch.  This project was inspired by Color Splash a show on my favorite I signed up for a Day of the Dead quiltie. A quiltie is a small quilt no larger than 12" x 12" for this swap. I will send a quiltie to someone in Australia. I have no idea who will send one to me.

So, this is a blog. It looks a bit bland. So, Blogger is not an actual place where I feed my kids and pat my husband on the bottom; but a virtual place where I can unfold whats happening on my craft table. And who knows, maybe I'll tell a tale or two in an attempt to conjure up a giggle.
